~ What is a fanlisting?

A fanlisting is simply an online list of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join.

~ Who is Emma?

Emma Emmerich, or E.E., is a character from the Metal Gear Solid games, by Konami. I knew her on Metal Gear Solid 2, as a support character. And I must say that she and Snake are my two fav characters on that game.

Emma Emmerich is an AI programmer and the stepsister of Hal Emmerich. She is in charge of developing the AI that controls Arsenal Gear.

When Emma was a child, her mother, Julie Danziger, married the father of Hal Emmerich. Emma and Hal developed an amourous love for each other as children, and they would often play house, in which they were a married couple. When Hal was an adolescent, he was seduced by his stepmother (Emma's mother). Upon learning this, Hal's father committed suicide by drowning himself in the family's swimming pool, and accidentally dragged Emma into the water in the process. She survived, but not without injury. Emma expected Hal to save her, but he didn't know it was happening. After this, Emma developed a fear of water. Afterwards, she became estranged from her stepbrother, blaming him for not saving her.
After the death of the senior Emmerich, Emma and Julie moved back to England, where Julie married a businessman named Robinson. However, just before graduating high school, Emma injured Robinson in self-defense after an attempted sexual assault. She then enrolled at the University of Oxford to study computer science like Hal and lost all contact with her family. She started off specializing in artificial intelligence and complex logic, and also participated in code deciphering events sponsored by the British GCHQ. She then became part of the hacker group responsible for the attack on the NSA facility on Fort George G. Meade that occurred on January 24th, 2000.

After the Shadow Moses Island incident, Emma was recruited by the NSA after leaking the details of Hal's involvement there (as well as using the NSA affair to blackmail her). It was her who sent the E-mail that tipped off the location of Metal Gear RAY to Otacon, leading to the events of the Tanker incident. Afterwards, she resigned from the NSA and was recruited by the Patriots, where set to work on programming a highly advanced AI called GW, which would be used by the Patriots to control the flow of information and the imparting of Memes between the generations.
When the Big Shell is taken hostage, she is taken prisoner. During the Big Shell incident, she is rescued by Raiden, who helps her overcome her phobia of water and escorts her to a workstation where she could disable GW. On the way to this workstation, while she was making a precarious crossing over a floating oil fence, she is attacked by Vamp, who is then dispatched by Raiden with a sniper rifle. Before dying, however, Vamp stabs Emma with his knife.
Snake carries Emma to an office, where she disables GW. There she is reunited with her step-brother. Tragically, despite the best efforts of Snake and Otacon, her bleeding won't stop, and Emma dies in her stepbrother's arms. Her last words are "Please, call me Emma."

~ Why "Sweet prodigy"? and Why her?

She's the sweetest girl I've seen in a videogame! She's cute and very smart! I loved her since I saw her for the very first time in the game. Sweet prodigy sounds cool for her, I think.

I think this answer also why I made the fanlisting for her. One of my favourite female characters from all games. She needed a fanlisting!
